Asnan+ updates

  1. A better phone experience, dental workflow, and dashboard

    Asnan+ is now easier to use on phones. Bottom navigation keeps your main sections within reach, while the appointment calendar, patient lists, forms, and dialogs make better use of the screen. The dental record workflow is clearer for both single visits and treatment across multiple visits. Procedure and subprocedure statuses and dates help you track each stage of care, while simpler phone controls keep the forms organized. The dashboard now shows today’s appointments in a timeline, with status counts, appointment notes, and cancelled bookings. On desktop, drag and drop appointments between status columns to update their progress. On phones, see all active bookings together in one timeline.

  2. Find patients with advanced filters

    Find the patients you need with filters for status, age, country, doctors, dental and medical history, appointments, invoices, and documents. Combine filters to narrow the list for a specific task without opening each patient record. You can also filter by prescriptions, vital signs, and labworks. For example, find patients with labworks still in progress at a particular laboratory, so your team can check on the work and plan their next visit. This makes daily reviews and patient follow-ups easier to organize.

  3. Attach receipts and documents to expenses

    Keep receipts, supplier invoices, and other supporting documents with each expense. Add multiple files when creating or editing an expense, up to 200 MB per file. Uploads and removals take effect when you save, and files can be opened after they pass a security scan. Attachments follow your clinic’s accounting permissions and use its storage allowance.

  4. The Asnan+ Help Center is here

    The Asnan+ Help Center is now live with searchable, illustrated guides for setting up your clinic, working with patients and appointments, managing accounting and subscriptions, and solving common problems. Open the Help Center whenever you need guidance. The guides are currently available in English.

  5. Filter and print your accounting records

    Accounting is now easier to review and share. Invoices, receipts, expenses, transactions, wallets, and payouts support consistent filters for statuses, people, currencies, amounts, and dates, and you can print the current filtered view with localized totals and summaries. Print access follows clinic permissions, so assistants and patient details remain within the access they have.

  6. Share Asnan+ and earn renewal credit

    Clinics can now invite other clinics with one shareable link or QR code. When a referred clinic qualifies through a paid annual subscription or the configured number of paid monthly periods, the referring clinic earns fixed IQD credit toward future renewal invoices. Clinic admins can track invitations, progress, and credit balances, while renewal invoices clearly show the subscription price, referral credit, and amount still payable.

  7. A smoother, safer clinic workspace

    Clinic workflows are now faster and more reliable across navigation, refreshes, and clinic or assistant changes. Asnan+ keeps data scoped to the right clinic and permissions, avoids showing stale records, gives clearer loading and no-access feedback, and opens newly created patients and invoices directly where you need them. Common settings and date workflows also preserve your context more consistently.

  8. Clearer subscription updates

    Clinic admins also receive clearer email updates about invoices, renewals, payments, grace periods, access changes, and subscription changes, so important billing events are easier to follow.

  9. Export your clinic data securely

    Clinic admins can now request a private ZIP export of clinic data as CSV files, including patients, clinical records, appointments, invoices, receipts, expenses, and wallet transactions. Exports run in the background, show their status and row counts, email the requester when ready, and remain available through an expiring download link. Patient document files are intentionally excluded, while privacy labels are preserved in the patient data.

  10. Asnan+ becomes multilingual, safer, and ready for clinic growth

    Asnan+ now works in English, Arabic, and Central Kurdish with RTL support across clinic workflows. Clinics gain fine-grained access controls for patient and financial data, private, public, or hybrid sharing choices, protected document uploads with scan-status gating, and subscriptions with plan limits, invoices, renewals, grace periods, and self-service changes. Accounting also grows with receipts, refunds, voids, print-ready previews, and payout rules, while onboarding and clinic/team management become more complete.

  11. A clearer, safer clinic and team workflow

    The clinic dashboard now brings today’s appointments, collections, workload, and schedule actions together. New analytics views help clinics understand patients, appointments, and finances across dates, doctors, comparisons, and currencies, while expenses, wallets, transfers, and currency conversions are easier to manage. Assistants can receive carefully scoped access to the patient, scheduling, accounting, reference, and analytics work they are responsible for, and account changes now come with clear email notifications for welcomes, passwords, contact details, and two-factor authentication.

  12. More control over schedules, vitals, and finances

    Clinics can choose who may see appointments belonging to other doctors, with read-only access kept separate from editing rights. Patient vitals now include blood glucose with mg/dL values and status indicators, appointments can be deleted when appropriate, and reusable currency and discount fields make financial and dental workflows more consistent.

  13. Add a patient while booking an appointment

    Teams can add a patient without leaving the appointment form. The new patient and appointment are saved together safely, permissions are respected, and patient names, invoice editing, and small-screen booking workflows are clearer.

  14. Asnan+ works better on every screen

    The calendar, tables, patient profiles, dental and medical records, invoices, wallets, settings, and reference lists now adapt more cleanly to phones, tablets, and touch screens. Spacing, controls, and empty or loading states are clearer when working from a smaller screen.

  15. See clinic revenue more clearly

    Clinic revenue views now show totals, paid amounts, and remaining balances by doctor, currency, and selected date range, with timezone-aware dates and financial visibility limited to the right clinic roles. Clinic setup also captures the country, numbering system, currencies, timezone, and wallets needed for accurate day-to-day operations.

  16. The beginning of Asnan+

    Asnan+ brought secure sign-in, clinic setup, patient records, appointments, dental and medical records, invoicing, wallets, and role-based clinic access into one connected workspace. Clinics could configure their everyday operations and begin managing patient care and finances in one place.
