    Updates are easier to find

    You can now follow Asnan+ improvements on the new What's New page in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. Support and What's New are easier to find in the account menu, and patient limits are now applied consistently when a new patient is added while booking an appointment.

    Faster, smoother, and more dependable

    Everyday clinic work is now faster, smoother, and more dependable. Pages switch more quickly, changes stay in sync across browser tabs, profile edits are preserved, and new patients and invoices open right away. We also added safeguards for important clinic tasks, helped ensure team members see only the right information, and made account messages, date checks, profile photos, and Kurdish text clearer and more reliable.

    A faster website in every language

    We improved Arabic and Kurdish text, fonts, and phone layouts, including how pages read from right to left. Images load faster, shared links look clearer, and the website is easier to find through search.

    A clearer way to learn about Asnan+

    The website now explains how Asnan+ helps different clinics, how moving data works, what each feature offers, and how pricing works. Menus are also easier to use on phones and in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.

    Moving clinic data is safer

    When moving data into Asnan+, the correct doctor stays connected to each patient and sharing choices are kept more accurately. We also added more checks to protect the information and made the process easier to follow.

    Clearer subscriptions and smoother renewals

    Subscription plans can now include fixed discounts, and emails explain what is happening at each stage. Clinics keep using Asnan+ while a paid renewal is being completed, and payments are checked more reliably.

    Download a copy of your clinic data

    Clinic owners can request a copy of their data from Settings, see when it is ready, and receive an email when the download is available. Clear privacy labels help explain what is included.

    A major update across Asnan+

    This major release improved every part of Asnan+, making everyday clinic work faster, clearer, and more reliable. It introduced subscriptions, added Arabic and Kurdish throughout the app, and made accounting and payout reports more dependable. We also improved clinic image uploads.

    Easier scheduling and clearer security messages

    Receptionists can create appointments when they have permission, security changes are explained by email, and administrators can stay signed in on trusted devices. We also made loading and search smoother.

    Choose which doctors can see patient records

    Clinics can choose whether doctors see patient records added by other doctors. The doctor filter now appears only when it is useful, and appointment controls are clearer.

    Add a new patient while booking

    Teams can add a patient without leaving the appointment form. We also made patient names, calendar details, invoice editing, discounts, amounts, and deleting appointments easier to understand and use on phones.

    A better calendar on every screen

    The calendar, tables, and dental chart are easier to use on phones and touch screens. Clinic income and clinic information are also shown more clearly.

    The first public version of Asnan+ launched

    The first public version brought appointments, patient records, notes, common dental lists, and clinic setup together online. Early improvements made information safer and added better support for local time, countries, languages, currencies, and phones.
